SLRPDC and NRCPD are delighted to announce that they will merge as of 1st October 2026.
This is a significant step forward, bringing together the strength of a UK-wide register with the knowledge, expertise and distinct perspective of Scotland.

We hope the merger will help strengthen voluntary regulation whilst national expertise will remain central.

NRCPD will establish the NRCPD Scottish Regulatory Council, the first of four National Regulatory Councils across the UK, to ensure that Scottish knowledge, legislation and regulatory impact continue to inform decisions and guidance.
